Rule 159
Regular court users to keep records

(1) In order to clearly identify the regular users of the court, their name, surname, nationality, father's name, age, educational qualification, photograph, if they are involved in a legal practitioner's firm, the name of such legal practitioner's firm, the name and rank of the legal practitioner (senior advocate, advocate , advocate) should be prepared and maintained by the registrar. Explanation: For the purposes of this rule, "regular user of the court" means a person who is or has been an heir in a suit in which there are three or more different parties to the suit other than the suit.
(2) The Registrar may issue identity cards to regular users of the court. It will be his duty to carry the identity card issued in such a way that it is clearly visible.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the court may prohibit the regular user of the court from being represented as an heir in another's case.
(4) The records referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be kept updated by the Registrar every six months.
(5) In order to register his name in the record as per sub-rule (1), the concerned person shall make an application to the court with full details.
